Abstract Background Systemic lupus erythematosus (SLE) is a chronic autoimmune multisystem dihe criteria for SLE according to thsease that mainly affects females of childbearing age. still possesses risks during pregnancy lead poor maternal and fetal outcomes. The objectives the study were identify factors associated with unfavorable outcomes develop predictive risk score adverse in patients SLE. Results main among multiple linear regression an absence remission at least 6 months before conception, preexisting nephritis, active disease C3 hypocomplementemia, antiphospholipid antibody syndrome. Each predictor assigned weighted point score, sum points represents score. area under receiver operating characteristic curve (ROC) was 0.948 (95% confidence interval, 0.908–0.988), suggesting had strong discriminatory power Conclusions In this study, model classification developed.
